Dear Reader!
Thank you for visiting Exist-Intel and for being part of our community. Let me briefly introduce myself by sharing what I do in my profession, how I do it, my background and what drives my way of working:
I’m an existential and integrative coach, change facilitator, and a systems thinker.
I help organisations and individuals navigate change — not just strategically, but meaningfully. My journey spans agile transformation, product and program leadership, and postgraduate training in psychotherapy and counselling. Through it all, one insight has remained: change doesn’t work unless people feel seen, heard, and supported.
My background is both technical and deeply human. I’ve coached teams through enterprise shifts, guided leaders through uncertainty, and supported professionals in rediscovering their voice — often in quiet moments between big decisions. With a Master’s in Psychotherapy, certifications in Agile and SAFe, and a career across financial services, tech, mobility, and telecoms, I integrate rigour, reflection, and relational intelligence into every conversation.
I believe that coaching isn’t about having answers — it’s about creating space for your own clarity to emerge. My work is grounded, intuitive, and ethically attuned. Whether we’re working one-on-one or within a wider organisational system, I show up with care, structure, and depth.
If you’re navigating change — professionally or personally — I’m here to walk with you through it.
If you are looking for a coach, I would be happy to discuss your goals with you.
